Project Twin Cam
(Fuel Injected)
We are now tuning fuel-injected bikes. Our Dyno-Jet 250 with the Load Controller and Real-time Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor allows the fine tuning of the fuel curve by way of the Power Commander 3 usb modules. The benefits include roll-on power at all RPM's, NO flat spots, NO popping and better fuel economy. See our Parts Dept. or Service Dept. or contact us for info.
Our Red FLHTCI previously had all bolt-on components. It now has cams, heads and a ported throttle body. While still 88c.i. it has 85 h.p. and 91 ft. lbs. of torque with more to come. Numbers are in on a Ultra we did almost the same package on, 95 h.p. and 99 ft. lbs.. Both of these bikes are FUN to ride!
Gas mileage is good but it depends on the riding style. Conservatives might see low 40 m.p.g. while others can see less. The factory lists stock as only 46/39!
Project Twin Cam
(Carbureted)
We took a FXDX with its base horsepower and torque numbers as 59 and 72 (approximately the same H-D gets in its '00 P&A catalog) and turned it into a 90+ horspower and 100+ ft. pound of torque monster.
This was done with properly matched components that are streetable, affordable and reliable. With over 90 ft. lbs. of torque from 2500 to 5200 rpm and a quick revving Twin Cam the fun factor is off the scale. A larger carb and tunable exhaust from our Parts Dept. would only improve the power.

113" Chopper
This is one of our winter projects.
So Far:
Rolling Thunder 200 Frame and 113" motor balanced and blueprinted by Greg.
ADDED: Deuce front forks and PM Player 18" wheels with drive side rear.
'90 89" XL
This is a 89" Sportster with a fully polished engine (built by us), extended swingarm and PM wheels.
Modified Dragster #3
We have been commissioned to build another drag bike to compete in the A.H.D.R.A. Modified class and comform to the new year 2000 rule changes.
Here is how it turned out. The owner handled fiberglass installation and tuning.
Past Projects
Magnacharger
Installed on a '93 FXDWG. Resealed top end, tuned CV carb, bolt-in cam, slip-on mufflers. This bike hauls ass!
Custom Softail
Ground up builder, 96" motor by us, Boyd's wheels, Battistini's tank, P.M. brakes, Phoenix triple tree's with FXWG fork legs, Avon tyre's, Danny Gray seat.
Gregs' FXR
This bike was raced in the A.H.D.R.A. "E" and "E.T." classes along with A.M.R.A. and local sanctions. It was retired in '96. For most of its life it had a 80" motor. It has won the "E" class Western Division, the Pro-Flash race in Sturgis and consistantly finished in the top 3 in divisions that it raced often. Its best time is with a streetable 96" motor running 10.6 at 126 mph.
Bad Ass Buell
S&S carb, re-sealed top end, Crane single fire ign., Red Shift cams and Nitrous. Hold on tight!
Screamin' Bagger
'96 Road King (brand new), 96" motor by us, Red Shift cam, Pingel, Crane Ign., Andrews transmission gears, Thunderheader, Sturgis wheels, Avon tyres, Chrome front end, Pro-One billet covers and more.
(We actually did 2 of these for 2 friends, almost identical.)
Restored Shovel
'82 FLH, Rebuilt engine and trans., re-polish everything, re-paint to original, chrome spoke wheels, Revtech brakes, total chassis service. Beautiful Shovelhead.
Flamed Softail
'89 FXSTC, 96" motor by us, Bandit Clutch, Thunderheader and a few polished items. Looks almost stock. In '93 this bikes' motor was melted in a dealership fire while the chassis was in a storage container next to the burnt building.
In '96 it WON the AHDRA Northwest Nationals E.T. Race in Woodburn, OR.
Sleeper
'94 Nostalgia.
Bike looks completely stock except it is finished. Every visible bolt and front end is chromed. Any external wiring is hidden. Motor is balanced and blueprinted with S&S heads and Mikuni HSR42 carb. All cad. plated pieces that touch the frame are powercoated black. 85 hp and 92 ft. lbs.
More to come...
