Note:
We dyno all bikes with a rider sitting on the bike, with proper tire pressure and in a uncontrolled environment . All were ran in a 4th gear roll-on. All have stock gearing unless otherwise noted.
100hp Bagger
This is a '00 95" FLHRCI. Bolt in stuff, nothing radical. Total sleeper.

Before and after a tune
This is a 80" Evo Softail. It has the normal bolt-in cam, air cleaner kit w/ slip-ons. He thought it ran good before he let us tune it. Red is before and green is after. We end up getting more out of most of the bikes we tune.
TOP
100" Bagger
This is a 100" Evo-based motor one of our tech's, Rob, put together. It's in his daily ridden '89 Bagger
TOP
TC 95" Softail - EFI
This is a 95" Twin Cam Softail with fuel injection. All bolt in components and nothing radical.
TOP
TC 95" Dyna
This is a 95" Twin Cam Dyna that a customer put together with components we sold him. He ran up from the Bay to have us tune it and he did good! Hey, Roger.

SERG Before and After
Green lines are with the SE stage 2 kit, Hooker slip-ons and mapped PC2. Red lines are after we re-worked the heads, throttle body and cams. More upper rpm power could be achieved by getting rid of the bagger header. It is good for looks and that is about all.
TOP
88" EFI bagger
This a 88ci Ultra. Stock pistons and cylinders and throttle body. It has bolt-in cams and bolt-on heads with Hooker slip-ons SE air cleaner and mapped PC2. We finally got a hold of a 2-1 Hooker exhaust and will install it to see the difference between header systems.

'99 FXDX
Blue
lines are stock (59 h.p. and 72 ft. lbs.).
Red
lines are the modified bike in 1450cc form and 9.0:1 compression (88 h.p. and 94 ft. lbs.).
Green and Black lines are the same bike only in 1550cc size with 9.3:1 compression (92 h.p. and 103 ft. lbs.).

'99 FLHTCUI
This is a dyno run on our new 250 model. The heads and throttle body have been modified, bolt-in cams, 1550cc w/ 9.5:1 comp., Power Commander 2, and Hooker mufflers. The lower graph is the fuel curve. The low end dip is not felt when riding. This is due to 100% (wide open) throttle at low rpm's. Here, The EFI reads that there is alot of air and goes lean (dip) then compensates by adding fuel. The Dyno picks this up because of its sensitivity and is NOT felt on the street. This bike accelerates at all RPM's. Carbs have circuits (low/mid/high) and the dips do not show up.

'99 FXDWG vs. '99 FXDX

This graph compares a FXDWG (red lines) and a FXDX (green lines and a different bike than the one on our 1st graph). The DWG has the same package as the FXDX on the 1st graph above EXCEPT for 9.8:1 compression and TW50 cams. The FXDX has 95" w/10.5:1 compression, modified cylinder heads, TW60 cams, Mikuni HSR42 carb w/Hypercharger, S.E. slip-ons, 7000 rpm module, Nology wires, H-D clutch upgrade and tuned by owner.
Which would you want?

'00 FLHRI
This is what our Stage1TC has produced. Compare to H-D stage 1 and see the advantage. Remember, the dip is caused by the 100% throttle at low rpm's. No one has complained of a low end torque loss.
TOP
SE Road Glides vs. Std Road Glide
All 3 of these bike have SE air cleaners, PC2's and have been mapped by us.
The Green is a SERG w/ Hooker slip-ons, the Pink (high # run) is a SERG w/ a 2-1 Thunderheader. The Red is a Std. Road Glide with a 2-1 Thunderheader. Look at the difference, 5 h.p. and 8 ft.lbs with SE cams and 1550 big bore. Not alot! Call us.

'00 Buell X1
The Green run has the race kit from Buell. It includes a exhaust and efi chip. The green air fuel ratio is way to rich and fuel economy has suffered. This bike needs a Power Commander so the fuel curve can be set where it should be. The Red is in stock form.
TOP
'99 Ultra Rigid 113"
This is a 113" S&S motor with the right cam, ignition, exhaust (Hooker 2-1) and tuned by us. The break in lines is caused by the dyno's sensitivity. It did not affect riding, nor did we consider it a problem.
TOP
Mo's 79" XL Dragster
This is a 79" Sportster based drag bike. A picture of it is on our Racepage. It hase S&S/GCMC heads, 11.5:1 compression, GCMC Super G carb, and Red Shift .575 lift cams. Not much power under 5,000 but it is a drag bike.
TOP
Aprilia RSV1000 Mille
Aprilia's are made in Italy. They are 60 degree, counterbalanced V-Twin. This has a full race exhaust and efi chip. Very cool looking sportbike. The dips are caused by a rich condition at that rpm. It also needs a Power Commander.

'00 Polaris Victory
This a stock Polaris Victory. A air cleaner, mufflers and PC2 are on order.
